Embodied Yoga, what does that mean?
Embodied techniques
Based in science, physiotherapy and medicine, I design my classes to calm and support the nervous system.
Holistic Techniques
I bring breath practices, self-massage, visualisation and explorative movement to all styles of yoga, such as Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Restorative yoga.
Warm, Calm, Welcoming
I aim to give you a warm, calm space to connect your mind, body, and breath.
All shapes, sizes, and levels of experience, strength, and flexibility are welcome in my classes
