Slow Flow – Saturdays 11.:15am @ Humankind Kemptown (Book through my site)

Moderately paced classes with flowing movement. Some meditation, breath practise, and music. Lots of options to adjust the intensity and personalise your practise.

Slow Flow to Yin

A two-part practise. Beginning with flowing gentle, meditative movement with some elements of low-intensity strength and stretch. Moving to longer-held floor based Yin and restorative poses.

Yin & Restore – Thursdays 6pm @ Humankind

Very gentle, floor-based meditative movement and long-held poses to release physical and mental tension.

Embodied Flow

A yoga and movement flow focused on somatic (Body) enquiry, connecting to the rhythm of the breath, feeling and exploring movement and poses as opposed to thinking and forcing. Each class will incorporate mindful, connected, slow movements, with creative transitions and theming. A delicious journey home to your entire self. Suitable for all levels with options given to enable a more restful or dynamic practice.

Parent & Baby Yoga

A non-intimidating, laid back yoga class where the focus is on YOU… but with the understanding that you come with another small human who cries and all sorts of other things. You do not need to have: any yoga experience, your life vaguely in order, a silent, non-moving baby (crawlers/walkers are welcomed).
