About Flo Yoga Brighton

I teach Embodied Yoga throughout Brighton and Hove.

What does Embodied Yoga mean?

Embodied techniques are based in science, physiotherapy and medicine to calm and support the nervous system. My classes apply these techniques (eg. breath practises, massage, visualisation) to all styles of movement, such as Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Restorative yoga.

I aim to give you a warm, calm space to connect your mind, body, and breath.

All shapes, sizes, and levels of experience, strength, and flexibility are welcome in my classes.
