Embodied, Slow & Hatha Flow
A moderately-paced, ground-up yoga flow focused on somatic (Body) enquiry. Feeling and exploring movement and poses as opposed to thinking and forcing. Each class will incorporate meditation, breath, music and mindful, connected, slow movements.
Suitable for all levels with options given to personalise your practice.
A non-intimidating, laid back yoga class where the focus is on YOU… but with the understanding that you come with another small human who cries and all sorts of other things. You do not need to have: any yoga experience, your life vaguely in order, a silent, non-moving baby (crawlers/walkers are welcomed).
